Erin Carnish has over 30+ years of experience building companies and leading teams to drive exponential growth and scale businesses. Her unique experience as a business builder, C-Suite leader, Operating Partner, and Board Member enables her to provide Executive Coaching support well beyond that of a traditional Executive Coach.
Professional Background
Erin's professional background includes serving as the Managing Director & COO of UnitedHealth Group Ventures (UHGV), where she successfully deployed over $450M into seven new ventures that achieved an imputed IRR of greater than 25%. Previously, Erin served as Senior Vice President at Optum Care Solutions, where she developed new business models that fueled the organization's rapid growth, from $400M to $1.3B of revenue over three years. Erin began her career as a consultant at Andersen, working with over 20+ companies to grow middle-market companies to billion-dollar enterprises. In addition, she has served on nine for-profit boards and numerous non-profit boards.

Erin holds a BS in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering from the University of Minnesota and lives with her husband and three children in Minneapolis.
