The Emerging Leaders Cohort Program is designed for mid-career professionals, typically at the Senior Manager or Director level, with the ambition and capacity for greater responsibilities. How do I retain your services?

How do you ensure alignment with my leader and organization?

To ensure alignment, we meet with you and your manager to clarify goals, expectations, and priorities, integrating the coaching process with your role and organizational objectives. This collaborative approach maximizes the program’s impact, creating a solid foundation for your success and ensuring long-term results.

How are results measured?

Results are measured through the creation of your Executive Dashboard and a Final Report that captures both personal leadership development and business impact achieved during the engagement. We focus on key areas of impact, including common business metrics (e.g., revenue, growth, cost efficiencies) and changes in span of control (e.g., team size and scope of responsibilities).

Is the program tailored to my needs?

The initial 2-day workshop is best conducted in person to maximize impact, though virtual sessions are equally effective and offer flexibility for remote participants across time zones. Most 1:1 coaching sessions for the Emerging Leaders Cohort are conducted virtually to accommodate schedules and locations.
